Visit customer homes (leads provided by the company) for product consultations and demonstrations.
Take accurate measurements and assess hardware requirements for furnishings.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fabrics and designs.
Prepare and share quotations, follow up, and close orders efficiently.
Coordinate with the internal backend team for seamless order processing and delivery.
Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Identify new customer opportunities through referrals and field insights.
1–3 years of experience in on-field sales, preferably in home décor, furnishings, or a related sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a field-based role.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore (Kamanahalli, Thanisandra, HSR Layout).
Knowledge of home furnishing products is a plus.
Preferred: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
