ABOUT THE ROLE:
A CSA at Specsmakers acts as an important link between strategy and execution. He/she drives the all assigned metrics of Store Sales, Conversions, Customer satisfaction etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses
Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOP's
Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.
Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction.
The candidate must be Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication skills, Must be fluent in English. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
