Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with garment selection and purchases.

• Provide accurate details on pricing, garment features, sizes, and after-sales services.

• Promote sales through cross-selling and informing customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves and racks are well-stocked and handle merchandise returns/exchanges.

• Work with the team to ensure smooth store operations and share customer feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new arrivals, styles, and fashion trends.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in retail sales (garments/apparel preferred).

• Skills: Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Preferred Languages: English, Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu (any combination is an advantage).

• Personality: Positive attitude, polite, and enthusiastic to engage with customers.
