Customer Service & Sales: Proactively greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to close sales.
Sales Targets: Actively work to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing to answer queries confidently.
Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Ensure products are well-organized, shelves are fully stocked, and the store environment is clean and appealing.
Transactions & Operations: Accurately process payments, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
Inventory Control: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
