Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving store sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, offers, and product features.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems accurately.

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and store shelves are well stocked.

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Handle customer complaints or queries effectively and escalate when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
