Retail Sales Executive

Responsible:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
Achieve sales targets and drive store revenue
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise display
Handle billing and payment processes accurately
Manage stock levels and report shortages to the manager
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of retail sales processes
Customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in retail sales or similar
