Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive Full Time to join our Retail Counter Sales Team of GANGAR EYENATION – Store / Shop of Eyewear Product – Spectacle / Lens / Contact Lens / Frame / Sunglass at Gangar Opticians Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like attending customer, stocking shelves, managing transactions and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12500 per month with growth opportunities. After 6 months in-hand salary of ₹15000 per month + Incentive and other Benefits like PF / ESIC / Bonus / Gratuity / Leave / Personal Accident Policy etc.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Attending walk-in Customer inside the Store / Shop.

·        Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

·        Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

·        Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

·        Ensure shelves / racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

·        Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

·        Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 – 3 years of Experience. Excellent communication skills both Hindi and Marathi. Marathi speaking is must and ready to deliver 10 Hours of work duty.

(From Harbour Line - Get down at GTB Nagar Station - Guru Teg Bahadur Station - it's just 2 Station aheading from Kurla Station and come out of the Station at Sion Koliwada Circle and then ask for CROMA Showroom. Hardly 3 - 4 minutes walking distance.
