Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Retail Sales Associate to join the Farika Fashion and Lifestyle team at our store in Viviana Mall, Thane West. In this role, you will specialize in assisting customers with our exclusive bottomwear collection (trousers, pants, palazzos, jeggings, and skirts), providing personal styling advice, and driving daily store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Sales & Customer Service: Greet incoming mall shoppers, understand their fit and styling preferences, present bottomwear products, and cross-sell to consistently meet store sales goals.

• Fit & Sizing Expertise: Provide guidance on garment sizing, fit profiles, fabric features, and color-matching options across our bottomwear range.

• Fitting Room Management: Assist customers in fitting rooms with alternative sizes, cuts, or styles to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Visual Merchandising & Display: Keep product racks, display shelves, and folding tables organized, neatly arranged, correctly tagged, and visually appealing.

• Inventory & Stocking: Assist store management with receiving new stock arrivals, organizing stockroom inventory, and conducting periodic stock audits.

• Billing Coordination: Work closely with the billing counter for smooth order checkout, packaging, and handling customer inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Apparel Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in clothing retail sales (candidates with bottomwear sales experience preferred).

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and basic English to interact confidently with retail customers.

• Product Understanding: Hands-on knowledge of apparel fabrics, size grids, fitting room operations, and customer service etiquettes.

• Location & Availability: Must be able to commute daily to Viviana Mall, Thane West and work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Minimum Education: Graduate.
