
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate merchandise (sizing, styles, and accessories).
Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and care instructions for various apparel items.
Handle customer inquiries, fitting room assistance, and resolve minor issues efficiently.
Sales and Store Operations:
Achieve individual and team sales targets and metrics.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, gift cards).
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back stock area.
Execute visual merchandising tasks, including folding, hanging, and displaying clothing according to company standards and guidelines.
Process and replenish new inventory shipments.
Teamwork and Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry, is a plus.
Skills:
Proven ability to drive sales and meet goals.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and operating a POS system.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
