Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable apparel/products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Perform upselling and cross-selling of products
Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store
Support billing and stock management activities
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Keep updated with current fashion trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of retail sales and customer handling
Pleasant personality and grooming standards
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
