We are hiring for Automobile sales team leader

Qualification-Graduation

Experience- 2 to 3 year(as a team leader in automobile sales )

Language- English,Kannada & Hindi

Package- 20k to 30k

Work time- 9:30 to 6:30

Working Days- 6 days(Rotational week off )

Age- below 35

Location- bannerghatta, Bangalore

Job role-

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales/service executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and coaching.

• Drive vehicle sales, upselling of accessories, and value-added services.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and quality service.

• Manage showroom floor activities, test drives, and customer interactions.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales/service activities in line with company and RTO guidelines.

• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.

• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
