Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a Retail store Executive to join our team at Deyga Organics to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹29000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.

Lead, motivate, and train store executives and sales associates.

Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and replenishment.

Oversee visual merchandising and brand display standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, billing, and cash management procedures.

Handle customer escalations and ensure service recovery.

Prepare sales reports and share insights with the management team.

Plan and execute local marketing or promotional events to increase footfall.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
