◆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Product Executive is the backbone of the in-store sales journey. From understanding the client’s need to finalizing the sale, this role follows our LPPP Process: Listen – Pick – Present – Process. You will work hand-in-hand with stylists to ensure that every client finds the perfect outfit, delivered with care, speed, and clarity.
◆ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ( KRAs )
Listen: Understand client’s occasion, budget, and preferences.
Pick: Select appropriate outfits that match client’s needs.
Present: Display products neatly, explain fabrics, and highlight features.
Process: Support trial, fitting, billing, and after-sales flow.
Store Management: Maintain racks, folding, steaming, and stock quality daily.
Client Experience: Provide respectful, fast, and helpful service at every step.
