Job Description

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Attend and assist walk-in customers at the store
Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products
Ensure availability of sizes and assist in stock replenishment
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships
Coordinate with store manager for smooth operations

🔹 Incentive Structure:

Sales up to ₹1.5 Lakhs → 0.5% Incentive
Sales up to ₹3 Lakhs & above → 1% Incentive
