Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our products/services, build strong relationships with customers, and drive market growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the field to generate leads and close sales.

• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos.

• Promote company products/services in assigned territories to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/tools regularly.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of proven field sales or marketing experience.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
