Sales Executive – Retail

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide a personalized, engaging shopping experience.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to understand their needs.

• Recommend suitable sarees and handcrafted products based on customer preferences.

• Explain fabrics, weaving techniques, craftsmanship stories, and styling options.

• Assist customers with saree draping or styling when required.

• Drive sales and work towards achieving monthly store targets.

• Handle billing, exchanges, returns, and customer queries efficiently.

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an organized product display.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and inventory checks.

• Represent the brand’s values of tradition, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

• Work collaboratively with the store team and maintain a positive store environment.

• Be flexible to work on weekends, festivals, and peak retail hours.

Skills & Language Requirements

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to speak English and Hindi is required.

• Knowledge of Kannada or Bengali (any one) is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
