Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in product selection and provide product information.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays, store presentation and visual merchandising.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage billing, payments and basic POS operations.
Ensure proper stock arrangement and report stock requirements.
Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies and SOPs.
Support the team in daily store operations.
Candidate Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
Presentable, energetic and well-groomed.
