Customer Service & Sales
Welcome and assist customers visiting the retail store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mother and baby products.
Explain product features, benefits, usage, and safety guidelines.
Promote additional products through cross-selling and upselling.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat purchases.
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
Product Counselling
Guide mothers on breastfeeding accessories, feeding products, baby care essentials, and maternity products.
Demonstrate the use of products such as breast pumps, sterilizers, feeding bottles, and baby care accessories.
Educate customers about product maintenance and hygiene practices.
Store Operations
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Verify product expiry dates where applicable.
Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging merchandise.
Billing & Inventory Management
Process billing and payment transactions accurately.
Maintain daily sales records and reports.
Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
Sales Targets
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and campaigns.
Support promotional events and customer engagement activities.
