Job Description

Job Title: Buyback Executive (Sales)

Location: Mumbai (Multiple Locations)
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in mobile / telecom / electronics sales

Job Description:

  • Handle mobile buyback sales for walk-in customers

  • Identify mobile brands and models and assess basic device condition

  • Explain buyback pricing and offers to customers

  • Convert price enquiries into successful buyback sales

  • Achieve daily sales and conversion targets

  • Ensure good customer interaction and coordination

Skills Required:

  • Strong sales & negotiation skills

  • Good knowledge of smartphones / telecom products

  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Good communication skills
