What Will You Do?

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and converting leads into sales.

• Call and connect with potential customers every day.

• Understand customer needs and answer their questions.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers.

• Convince and negotiate with customers to close sales.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the buying journey.

• Work closely with the team to achieve store targets.

• Attend 7–15 days of training to learn about the role, products, and sales process.

• Earn incentives based on your performance and conversions.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.

• Energetic, disciplined, and punctual.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

• Freshers with the right attitude can also apply.

Work Details

• Location: Kochi, Kerala

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Weekly Off: 1 weekday

• Job Type: Full-time

• Training: 7–15 days, classroom + on-the-job training

• Incentives: Performance and conversion based
