Lead and supervise a team of retail promoters / sales executives
Drive sales targets, outlet coverage, and secondary sales
Ensure product availability, visibility, and planogram compliance
Conduct store visits, daily reviews, and on-field coaching
Monitor attendance, discipline, and team productivity
Execute promotions, new launches, and in-store activities
Coordinate with distributors and store staff for smooth operations
Track and report sales, market feedback, and execution gaps
Train team on product knowledge and selling skills
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and reporting norms
