Retail Sales Executive

Position Title: Crew Member
Department: Operations / Service
Reports To: Shift Manager / Store Manager

Role Overview:

A Crew Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the café/QSR. The role includes preparing food & beverages, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness while upholding the brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and process billing using POS systems.

• Prepare and serve food, beverages, and menu items as per recipes and brand standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, counter, and kitchen.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.

• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory rotation, and daily operational checks.

• Support colleagues and maintain teamwork for smooth shift operations.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

• Adhere to grooming standards, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (or equivalent).

  • Prior experience in QSR, café, or F&B service is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).

  • Freshers with a passion for hospitality are welcome.
