We are seeking a dynamic and field-driven Interim Sales Executive to support retail and distributor-level sales operations. This role involves direct interaction with distributors and retailers to ensure product visibility, order execution, and market expansion within the assigned territory.
Regular visits to existing distributors to manage stock, ensure order placement, and support with claim processing.
Help identify and onboard new distributors in strategic locations.
Resolve issues related to billing, schemes, and delivery logistics.
Conduct daily visits to retail outlets to drive secondary sales.
Educate retailers on product USPs, current schemes, and promotions.
Ensure proper product placement, display, and in-store branding.
Expand reach by identifying and activating new retail outlets.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide regular market updates to the reporting manager.
Log daily activities through mobile apps or Excel reports.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
Graduate in any discipline (Preference: BBA, B.Com, Marketing)
1–3 years in FMCG or wellness product field sales
Experience in distributor management and general trade
Freshers with relevant field internships are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound local market knowledge and negotiation ability
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools
Self-driven and comfortable with daily field travel
