Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to manage showroom sales and assist customers visiting our showroom. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and helping them choose the right marble or stone products.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first approach, and strong learning ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable marble, granite, or other stone products.

• Show product samples and slabs and explain their features and applications.

• Handle existing customers and maintain strong relationships with them.

• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, and order processing.

• Follow up with customers for inquiries and sales closure.

• Maintain proper showroom display and product presentation.

• Provide professional guidance to customers to help them make the right purchase decision.

Requirements

• 1–6+ years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.

• Good grasping power and willingness to learn about products.

• Customer-focused and confident in dealing with walk-in clients.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in marble, granite, tiles, building materials, or interior products will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with retail or showroom sales experience from any industry are also encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in the marble industry is not mandatory; the company will provide complete training and product knowledge.

• The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good grasping ability, and be comfortable understanding and explaining product details to customers.
