Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively advise customers.
Transaction Processing:
Handle sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including arranging merchandise displays.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and ensure merchandise is replenished as needed.
Customer Service & Problem Solving:
Address customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with other team members and store staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
