Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Promote and sell products, explain features, pricing, and offers.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop and display counters.

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain daily sales records.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.

  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products.

  • Follow all food safety and quality guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school education (or equivalent).

  • Prior experience in retail sales preferred but not mandatory.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Honest, responsible, and reliable.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
