1.Training in production and shop, floor management of bakery production unit.
2.This job includes production,cleaning and maintenance.(Blue collar position)
3.Training in sales job at bakery stores.
4. Advising customers on baked goods selection and taking orders.
5. Weighing, pricing, and packaging purchased items, as well as processing payments.
6. Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
7. Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
8. Day-to-day sales & purchase report to be updated.
9. Cleaning the store floor, refrigerator and store display shelves after business hour and preparing it for the next day.
10. Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the Baker.
