About the Role

We are seeking young, stylish, well-groomed, and customer-focused individuals to join our store and kiosk teams. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will represent the Eluno brand and ensure customers enjoy a premium, personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive kiosk/store sales by assisting customers with product discovery and basic styling.

• Create a warm, friendly, and premium in-store experience for every customer.

• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.

• Share customer feedback, buying patterns, and competitor insights with the internal team.

• Maintain kiosk/store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards.

• Accurately record sales and coordinate closely with the central operations team.
  
  

Requirements

• 0–3 years of retail experience (eyewear or jewellery industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong sense of fashion, styling, and premium presentation.

• Presentable, stylish, and well-groomed at all times.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic sales reporting.

• Smart, dynamic, and eager for fast career growth.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
