Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on product pricing, features, benefits, and after-sales services.

• Promote sales through cross-selling, upselling, and informing customers about ongoing discounts or offers.

• Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing.

• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges as per store policy.

• Manage billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain accuracy in POS operations.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.

• Share customer feedback, concerns, or suggestions with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and store protocols.

• Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• 1 – 4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
