Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle ticketing operations and support at F&B counters
Guide customers to auditoriums and ensure smooth seating
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across lobby and screening areas
Monitor crowd movement and ensure safety protocols are followed
Provide quick resolution to customer queries and concerns

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Age: 18–25 years preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Presentable and customer-service oriented
