Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greeting, engaging, and assisting customers to identify their needs and recommending products.
Sales Target Achievement: Proactively working to achieve individual and store-level daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Operations & Merchandising: Maintaining, cleaning, and organizing the store, including setting up promotional displays.
Transactions: Handling cash and credit card payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining deep knowledge of merchandise, including features and pricing.
