Key Qualifications
- Graduate
- 8 years of relevant experience in Food Retail / QSR
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp
- Strong decision-making, time management, data analysis & problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good people handling and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations at Thane & Dombivali locations
- Manage and lead counter sales team: hiring, training, motivating
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and product display
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain store performance metrics
- Handle customer queries and ensure high-quality service
