Retail Executive

Key Responsibilities –

1. Order Processing & Management

• Handle end-to-end order processing with accuracy and within defined timelines.

• Ensure all orders are correctly documented and updated in the system.

2. Billing & Documentation

• Prepare customer bills accurately as per company guidelines.

• Maintain daily billing records and ensure error-free documentation.

3. Stock Handling (Opening & Closing)

• Manage daily stock opening and closing.

• Verify physical stock with system data and report discrepancies immediately.

• Maintain stock accuracy for all order-related items.

4. Order Entry (Inward & Outward)

• Record all inward and outward orders in the system on a real-time basis.

• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and documentation for each order movement.

5. Coordination with Head Office

• Maintain regular communication with HO for order approvals, status updates, and dispatch details.

• Resolve order-related queries by coordinating with relevant departments.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, retail operations, or e-commerce (jewellery background preferred).

• Strong command of MS Excel and basic systems operations.

• High accuracy, attention to detail, and process-driven mindset.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced big-store environment.
