Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and presentable Retail Executive (Female) to join our team. The role involves managing store operations, assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products.

• Understand product features, pricing, and offers to guide customers effectively.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.

• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat sales.

• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and events when required.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock management.

• Prepare daily sales and customer feedback reports.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, graduate preferred (12th pass can also apply).

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer service will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and convincing ability.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
