🔍 Role Summary:

As a Senior Style Associate, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving store sales, and maintaining high operational standards. You’ll act as a key support to the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and mentoring junior team members while staying adaptable in a dynamic retail environment.

🧑‍💼 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum HSC with 2 years of retail experience OR Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.

• Age: 21 to 35 years.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Proven record of exceeding sales targets.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in training/mentoring team members.

• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory.

• Knowledge of visual merchandising.

• Positive attitude, excellent grooming, and professional presentation.

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
