Job Purpose:

To acquire, manage, and grow retail banking relationships by providing high-quality service, promoting the bank’s products, and achieving assigned business targets in deposits, loans, and cross-selling of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and quick resolution of queries or complaints.
