Job Summary:

Drive sales growth in the Industrial Retail vertical by expanding the distributor/retailer network, achieving sales targets, and executing marketing and promotional strategies in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage stockist and retailer relationships

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (Primary & Secondary)

• Conduct 12–15 retail visits daily

• Use sales app for daily reporting and tracking

• Implement sales schemes and promotional campaigns

• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights

• Ensure timely submission of reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: 1–2 years in hardware sales preferred

• Skills: Communication, interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and customer focus

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
