Rathi Motors – Tractor Division is inviting applications for the position of Spare Parts Cum Advisor with relevant experience in tractor spare parts and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tractor spare parts sales, billing, and inventory management

• Advise customers on correct spare parts and service requirements

• Coordinate with service team for parts availability and job card support

• Maintain stock records, inward–outward entries, and reporting

• Ensure timely ordering and availability of genuine tractor spare parts

• Provide professional customer support at the parts counter

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tractor spare parts / service advisory

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)

• Knowledge of tractor models and spare parts

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (billing, inventory software)
