RETAIL STORE EXECUTIVE (FULL STORE HANDLING)

Location: Faridabad

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Position: Retail Store Executive (Independent Store Handling

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced Retail Store Executive who can independently manage the entire store operations without supervision. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling customers, inventory, billing, and day-to-day store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management

Store opening & closing responsibilities

Maintaining store cleanliness, display, and product arrangement

Ensuring proper functioning of billing systems & POS

Coordinating with management for daily store needs

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Managing inward & outward stock

Maintaining accurate stock records

Regular stock counting, stock reconciliation & loss prevention

Coordinating with suppliers/logistics for deliveries

3. Sales & Customer Handling

Attending walk-in customers and explaining products

Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Managing billing, receipts, cash & POS payments

Handling customer queries & ensuring smooth customer experience

4. Reporting & Documentation

Preparing daily sales report, stock report & cash summary

Updating management on stock levels & fast-moving items

Reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail store management

Must be capable of handling store independently

Strong knowledge of inventory management & billing

Good communication & customer service skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software/POS)

Honest, responsible & trustworthy
