💰 Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed product information.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer queries effectively.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

• Keep records of sales and customer feedback.

• Support store operations, stock management, and display arrangements.

• Handle billing and payment processes as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).

• Experience: Freshers can apply (0–6 months of experience in retail sales preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

• Willingness to work in a retail/store environment with flexible shifts.

• Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt quickly.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
