Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to assess training needs and develop training plans that support organizational objectives.
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, that effectively communicate key concepts and skills.
Deliver training sessions in various formats, such as in-person workshops, webinars, and virtual classrooms, ensuring engagement and comprehension among participants.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.
Provide coaching and support to participants during and after training sessions to reinforce learning and facilitate skill application.
