Position: Retail Sales Associate
Industry: Fashion Retail
Working Hours: 9 to 10 hours/day
Start Date: Immediate

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
• Greet and receive customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Promote products through suggestive selling and product knowledge
• Answer customer queries promptly and professionally
• Guide customers to specific products, racks, and counters
• Handle billing and manage financial transactions accurately
• Maintain customer profile records and update them as needed
• Notify management of any potential security concerns
• Assist with inventory management—receiving, stocking, and replenishment
• Organize and maintain product displays and visual merchandising
• Inform customers of ongoing promotions and new arrivals
• Handle basic warehouse duties as required

• Minimum 10th Pass
• 0–1 year of experience in retail preferred (freshers welcome)
