Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail sales, strong customer handling skills, and fluency in the local language to effectively engage with the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers on the retail floor, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products

• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily/monthly basis

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions, pricing, and new arrivals

• Ensure proper merchandising, stock display, and store presentation standards

• Process billing, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems

• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

• Coordinate with the store manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles

• Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written); basic English communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Customer-first attitude with a proactive sales approach

• Basic computer literacy (POS/billing software)

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and peak retail hours

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
