Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom professionally.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold jewellery products.

  • Explain product features, gold purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and offers.

  • Handle customer queries and support the complete sales process.

  • Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.

  • Assist with billing, stock handling, product display, and showroom housekeeping.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.

  • Stay updated on gold prices, new collections, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; jewellery/gold experience preferred.

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented personality.

  • Basic knowledge of gold jewellery and retail billing is an advantage.

  • Ability to work on weekends/holidays as per showroom requirements.

  • Graduate/12th pass preferred.
