We are looking for a Retail Trainer to join Lenskart, Surat. You will train and develop store staff to improve sales, customer service, and store operations.
Responsibilities:
Train new and existing store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling
Conduct onboarding and regular refresher sessions across stores
Teach staff the store process: eye test flow, frame and lens selection, billing/POS, and inventory handling
Visit stores, observe staff performance, and give feedback and coaching
Track training results and help the team meet sales and conversion targets
Make sure brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are followed
Requirements:
Experience in retail training, or as a store manager or senior sales executive
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of eyewear or optical retail is a plus
Comfortable travelling between stores in [Surat/area]
Basic computer skills
