Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at our Chembur store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent in-store customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.

Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

Handle billing, payments, and returns efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and support the team in meeting overall store goals.

Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Stay updated on product features, promotions, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems is a plus.

Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
