✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Second-in-Charge in apparel or footwear retail

✅ Experience in team management, inventory and visual merchandising
✅ Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting

✅ Currently managing a store with monthly sales of ₹40 lakh or more
✅ Strong knowledge of sales targets, retail KPIs and store operations
✅ Experience in team management, inventory, Excel and reporting
✅ P&L management experience preferred
