Job Description – Wholesale Executive (Male) – Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement wholesale sales strategies in Madhya Pradesh for FMCG products (dry food, rice, oil, etc.).
2. Identify and build relationships with wholesale buyers, distributors, and large retailers.
3. Generate leads and convert opportunities into sales to achieve monthly targets.
4. Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams for smooth delivery of goods.
5. Regularly visit market areas to understand buyer needs, pricing, and competition.
6. Maintain client satisfaction by addressing queries, concerns, and product feedback.
7. Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional activities tailored for the region.
8. Provide timely reports on sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
• Gender: Male (only)
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in wholesale/FMCG sales (preferably in Madhya Pradesh market)
• Industry: Experience with dry food, rice, oil, or staple products is highly preferred
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Hindi
• Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
• Personality: Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Job Details:
• Job Type: Full-time Field Role
• Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Salary: Competitive salary + incentives + travel expense reimbursements
