Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail / Bowling / Sports Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, handling customer interactions, coordinating activities, and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Manage daily operations of the retail store, bowling center, or sports facility.
Ensure smooth functioning of all operational activities and customer services.
Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and service requests.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Handle bookings, memberships, and event-related customer requirements.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Promote facility services, memberships, and promotional offers.
Support achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
Upsell products, packages, and recreational activities.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Inventory & Asset Management
Monitor stock levels of merchandise, consumables, and sports equipment.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of bowling and sports equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for replenishment and repairs.
Maintain inventory records and reports.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with front office, cashiers, attendants, and support staff.
Assist in staff scheduling and shift management.
Support training and development of operational staff.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
Maintain customer records and transaction details.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sports Management, Retail Management, or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Entertainment Centers, Bowling Centers, Sports Facilities, Malls, Gaming Zones, or Hospitality Operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
