We are looking for a Team Member to join our team to assist fulfill online orders, handle inventory management, engage customer for feedback and ensure excellent service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹17000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
Eangage customer when required and take customer's feedback.
Ensure inventory are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.
Stay updated on new products and services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
