Retail Executive

We are looking for a Team Member to join our team to assist fulfill online orders, handle inventory management, engage customer for feedback and ensure excellent service. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like handle inventory stock and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹17000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Eangage customer when required and take customer's feedback.

• Ensure inventory are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
